EntomoPharm provides robust in vivo data from cutting-edge insect models for pre-clinical ADMET testing with high throughput and no need for expensive re-synthesis.
The EntomoPharm core services on blood brain barrier modeling are based on a natural biological brain barrier from the locust grasshopper that can be used to screen small-molecule compounds to identify drug leads with improved BBB permeability properties. The models can replace standard early screen cascade, e.g. cell, based models with an additional opportunity for identification of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) substrates.
